The Opportunity
Role: Lead the scale and growth of 1Password’s Enterprise Account (ENT) sales funnel in the EMEA region, focusing on high-growth accounts with 3000+ employees.
You’ll hunt new business, expand revenue through account upsell/cross-sell, and leverage our Extended Access Management Identity to drive adoption across the SaaS & AI ecosystems.
This is a remote-first, commission-eligible role within the UK, with ownership over a geographic territory.
What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Ownership: Grow and manage your assigned EMEA territory, prioritizing ENT clients (targeting 3000+ employee accounts) through new account acquisition, account expansion, and best-fit partnerships.
- Pipeline Growth:
- Execute strategic territory segmentation to target high-value Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Develop multithreaded execution plans to engage stakeholders across C-level, IT, Security & Operations.
- Leverage outbound tactics (cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach), collaborate with BDRs, and refine marketing-generated inbound leads into high-definition pipeline.
- Solution-Driven Selling:
- Deep-dive into client challenges to uncover pain points—beyond initial disclosure.
- Transform value discovery into enterprise-scale solutions, aligned with UAM and Extended Access (XAM), ensuring ** ROI-driven value propositions**.
- Demand Generation & Expansion:
- Initiate and *lead new business requests/negotiations, securing mutually beneficial deals.
- Drive partner/channel alignment to co-sell and grow market-sized strategies.
- Customer Engagement:
- Represent 1Password at trade shows, industry events & conferences to expand brand exposure and pipeline.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Solutions, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Channel teams to shape tailored account strategies.
- AI Integration:
- Actively integrate AI into daily sales workflows—using tools like coaching-driven real-time advice and predictive pipeline insights.
- Learning & Innovation:
- Stay ahead of trends in cybersecurity & Identity & Access Management (IAM) to provide industry positioning and client education.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in SaaS B2B sales with preference for security, or proven MidMarket/Commercial performance ready for an ENTERPRISE transition.
- EMEA Territory Management experience: Establishing and scaling book of business (or at 2000+ comp equivalent).
- Sales team longevity: Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas, rigour in SLA/metrics, proactive KPI ownership.
- Core Sales Excellences:
- Cold/Analytical Prospecting, Value-Based Discovery, Strategic Territory Planning.
- Account Expansion & Pipeline Storytelling (upsell & cross-sell execution).
- Executive coaching skills, inherently high-touch and consultative selling.
- IAM/Cybersecurity Acumen:
- Break down complex frameworks in IAM, XAM, and password manager solutions for C-suite & IT execs.
- Evangelize 1Password’s Unified Access Management strategy with credibility.
- Measured Leadership:
- Deliver target-focused results, self-monitor progress, and prioritize growth ROI.
- Adapt to AI tools for social listening, competitive intelligence, or rapport-building—not simply surface-level outreach.
- Preferred Tools:
- Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (and willingness to master others as needed).
- French Language Competency:
- Must be fluent in French (oral & written).
