Account Executive, Enterprise Sales

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing Sales team and help bring Poka’s connected worker platform to manufacturers around the world. You’ll work with some of the industry’s most recognized brands, helping them tackle operational challenges, accelerate digital transformation, and unlock measurable business impact across their frontline operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with a genuine understanding of manufacturing environments and enterprise SaaS sales. What you’ll be doing Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, outbound prospecting, and collaboration with the Sales Development team. Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and needs analysis through product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and close. Build strong business cases tailored to each prospect’s operational priorities, demonstrating the value and impact of Poka’s platform. Partner closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and long-term value realization. Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and account activity within Salesforce. Share customer insights and market feedback with leadership to help shape go-to-market strategy and product direction. Contribute to lead generation initiatives and campaigns by leveraging customer knowledge and industry trends. Represent Poka at trade shows, industry events, networking opportunities, and virtual conferences. What you bring 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or a comparable Account Executive role. Proven experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally within manufacturing, industrial technology, or digital transformation environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken. Confidence leading complex sales conversations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities. A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
