Overview

Are you a sales professional drawn to market development, exceptional product, and high-velocity pipeline? Do you approach your work with process, grit, and determination? And are you ready to help a beloved and indomitable software team win, in a new region? If so, Wheelhouse is seeking our first Europe-based Account Executive to build our presence across Europe and broader EMEA markets.

The ideal candidate brings quota-carrying sales experience, an experimental yet disciplined mentality, and the ability to manage a high-volume sales funnel while delivering consultative product demos to short-term rental (STR) operators across diverse regions. You’ve worked in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment and have a track record of owning the full sales cycle for SMB & commercial accounts, the core focus of this role. Invested in your work, you have something to prove – while protecting time for your ‘why’ outside of it.

There are also ‘founding’ elements to the opportunity; while Wheelhouse is one of the “big three” globally and deeply established in the US, we're the newer entrant in Europe — so you must be comfortable adapting proven processes for a new market, iterating based on regional feedback, and working directly with our Head of Sales as a thought partner in the ground-up build of our European GTM.

Success will require someone who acts as a collaborative self-starter, working well cross-functionally and cross-time-zone, coordinating with US and EU teams through clear communication and strong async habits — while always looking for ways to improve themselves, their territory, and their go-to-market motion. If you're energized by this ground-floor opportunity at a smart, fun, and tenacious org — we'd love to hear from you!

The Role

We're looking for a socially fluent and ambitious pipeline pro — someone who maintains velocity, loves converting skeptics into believers, and brings rigor to process. You are organized and driven, excited to speak with potential clients daily about revenue management software and trends. You excel at building trust quickly, listening to pain points, and demonstrating how Wheelhouse solves them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the sales cycle from cold outreach to closed-won for commercial accounts across EMEA.
  • Drive your own outbound strategy. Execute on your book while identifying new high-potential targets, building sequences, and booking your own discovery calls.

  • Conduct compelling demos, effectively communicating product features and benefits to property managers across diverse European markets.
  • Feed critical frontline insights back to EMEA leadership and product teams to shape regional strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with your international sales colleagues — sharing what's working, solving what's not, and supporting a culture of excellence.
  • Navigate time-zone differences through strong documentation and async communication to maintain momentum while keeping a largely Europe-based schedule.
