As we expand our presence across Europe, we are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new business growth and help fashion companies achieve their sustainability goals.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding GreenStitch's footprint across the EU, UK, and US fashion and apparel markets. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with sustainability and business leaders, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the sales process from prospecting through to deal closure.

This is an ideal opportunity for a self-driven sales professional who is passionate about sustainability, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Average Deal Size: $25K to $200K
Typical Sales Cycle: 3 to 12 Months
Territory: EU, UK & US

Business Development & Pipeline Generation

  • Identify and engage prospective customers across the fashion, apparel, textile, retail, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies through email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline across target European markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Lead discovery conversations with sustainability, sourcing, operations, supply chain, ESG, and executive stakeholders.
  • Understand customer challenges and position GreenStitch's solutions effectively.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and business cases tailored to customer requirements.
  • Manage negotiations and support contract closure activities.

Relationship Management

  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with customers throughout the evaluation and onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Sustainability, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
  • Provide market feedback to support product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent GreenStitch at industry conferences, webinars, and sustainability forums.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent qualification, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and manage sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Fashion, Apparel, Textile, Sustainability, ESG, Supply Chain, or Climate-Tech industries.
  • Prior experience selling SaaS solutions or enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, traceability, or ESG compliance solutions.
  • Experience engaging with European customers and stakeholders.
  • Additional European language skills are a plus.
