We’re looking for a Nordics Speaker
Who has built and closed net-new enterprise business in complex technical products, has a track record of consistently exceeding growth goals, and can turn what they learn about a customer into an account plan the whole team can act on. Clear communication, an entrepreneurial mindset, and real curiosity about where your customers' industries are heading matter more to us than a perfect résumé match.
What will you do:
- You'll grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, and a lot of that growth is net-new: new teams, new use cases, new business units that haven't bought Sanity yet. You'll build your own pipeline rather than wait for one, and you'll be the advisor customers come to before they make a decision.
- That means running consultative sales cycles end to end, creating expansion opportunities inside existing accounts, and handling renewals as part of a wider growth story rather than the main event. You'll show ROI to the exec who signs and to the editor who's in Studio every day.
- You will also:
- Keep account plans current, with clear next steps tied to customer and company goals.
- Work with Product and other teams to surface opportunities and resolve problems before they escalate.
- Watch customer health and usage metrics, and act early rather than at renewal.
- Follow your customers' industries closely enough to have a point of view.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
About you:
- You've sold net-new into enterprise organisations where a deal involves procurement, security review and several teams who all need convincing, and you've done it by sourcing and building your own pipeline. You can point to results on revenue, expansion and account growth. You know how to find the right decision-maker, earn executive buy-in, and build relationships that outlast any single deal.
- You're thoughtful and consultative. You read usage data and turn it into a conversation about business value. Architecture with a technical lead in one meeting, ROI with a CFO in the next.
- You also bring:
- Ideally previously expertise in CMS, or experience selling API-based solutions in SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Looker and G-Suite.
- Fluent in either Norwegian or Swedish.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, creative, team-oriented, and happier building a process than waiting for one.
Not sure you’re exactly what we’re looking for in this role? Apply anyway!
What we can offer:
- A highly-skilled, inspiring, and supportive team.
- Positive, flexible, and trust-based work environment that encourages long-term professional and personal growth.
- A global, multi-culturally diverse group of colleagues and customers.
- Comprehensive health plans and perks.
- A healthy work-life balance that accommodates individual and family needs.
- Competitive salary and stock options program.
