Are you passionate about fashion, retail, e-commerce, and creating exceptional brand experiences?

UNiDAYS is looking for an organised and commercially minded Account Executive to join our Commercial team.

This role is ideal for someone with experience or interest in fashion retail, buying, merchandising, brand partnerships, or digital marketing. You will support leading fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and retail brands, helping them connect with the Gen Z audience through impactful campaigns and promotional activity on the UNiDAYS platform.

Working closely with Account Directors and Account Managers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding partner experiences, coordinating campaigns, managing content, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple brand accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce, CRM systems, or similar business tools.
  • Commercial awareness and interest in fashion, retail, beauty, luxury, or e-commerce brands.
  • Understanding of Gen Z and student consumer behaviour.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree.
  • Experience within fashion retail, buying, merchandising, e-commerce, brand partnerships, account management, operations, or project coordination.
  • Experience working with digital campaigns, promotions, or marketing activations.
  • Knowledge of current fashion, retail, and consumer trends.

Brand & Partner Management

  • Support Account Directors and Account Managers in managing relationships with fashion, retail, beauty, and lifestyle brand partners.
  • Deliver a best-in-class partner experience through proactive communication and efficient account support.
  • Build strong working relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

Campaign & Promotional Delivery

  • Coordinate the delivery of promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with Product Operations and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns launch successfully and on schedule.
  • Support partners in achieving commercial objectives through effective campaign execution.

Content & Merchandising

  • Manage and optimise partner offers, promotional content, and app placements to maximise visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Ensure campaigns align with partner priorities, brand guidelines, and the expectations of the student and Gen Z audience.
  • Apply a strong understanding of digital merchandising and customer experience principles.

Commercial Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare performance reports using established templates.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to support partner growth.
  • Monitor key metrics and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate account records and campaign documentation within Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Support project coordination across multiple partner accounts, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and partner satisfaction.
