Job Context

Many businesses in our customers' world run on tight profit margins — around 5% on average. We've built integrated Payment solutions to change that. We're not asking you to squeeze more money from customers — we're asking you to help them accelerate cash flow and become more profitable than they've ever been.

The Mission

As an Account Executive, Fintech, you drive adoption of Simpro Group's payment solutions across our customer base. Your job is to drive customer adoption, influence the product road map, and shape processes that will scale Payment customer activation goals.

You'll also self-generate a portion of your pipeline through targeted outbound into existing accounts. No cold outreach into net-new logos — just deeper penetration into accounts that already know and trust us.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Adoption of Payments — At Volume

    • Carry and crush a defined adoption quota tied directly to payment activation
    • Identify customer pain points, articulate key benefits, and upsell them to our payment solutions
    • Execute direct outreach to prospective customers, build deep trust, and drive payment adoption
    • Support the onboarding process to guarantee a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value for the customer
  • Be the Payment Authority

    • Connect our payment solutions directly to each customer's business — translating financial technology into the numbers they care about most: cash flow and profit
    • Serve as the internal and external champion for payment solutions, embedding sales-centric rigor to maximize customer adoption
    • Unearth payment opportunities, articulate the benefits, and demonstrate how our financial solutions integrate into the customer's existing workflows
    • Build and maintain deep mastery across our fintech portfolio — including new financial capabilities and acquisitions the day they land

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
