We are looking for a hardworking, proactive and enthusiastic Account Executive to support us with our Formula 1 and motorsport clients. You will be working across partnerships, events, activations and PR. The role has a great balance of working solo and within a supportive team and given the breadth this position would allow the you to gain experience and skills in all aspects of sports marketing, particularly across partnership activations, PR and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day support across a number of accounts
  • Research and coordinate clients’ hospitality requirements, including hotels, restaurants and transportation
  • Work closely with clients, becoming an extension of their in-house team, as well as working collaboratively with key stakeholders and suppliers in the motorsport ecosystems to create seamless activations
  • Manage guest programmes at events in a client-facing role, including timelines, guest lists, photography, schedules, and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take meeting notes
  • Create high-quality written content, such as briefing documents, invitations and press materials
  • Oversee social media content, including brainstorming, timeline management and photo shoots
  • Support Account Managers and Account Directors in delivering above and beyond for clients

About You

  • Passionate about sport – particularly Formula 1 and motorsport
  • Willing to travel to events throughout the year, predominantly over weekends
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure
  • Well organised and able to meet deadlines
  • A meticulous attention to detail, editing and proofing
  • Valid driving license and passport
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with additional languages being a bonus
