Location: London office or Paris office (hybrid/ minimum twice a week in the office)

About the Role:
As an Account Executive at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, you will play a key role in driving customer success, retention, and revenue growth within your assigned portfolio. You’ll manage a book of existing customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals while proactively identifying opportunities to expand usage, increase licences, and introduce additional products.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your clients, building strong relationships at all levels and developing a deep understanding of their needs. Through regular engagement, training, and ongoing account management, you’ll help customers maximise the value of our solutions while protecting and growing recurring revenue.
Working closely with internal teams, you’ll coordinate a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall commercial success of the territory. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers, acting as their main point of contact
- Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Own the full renewal cycle, ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals
- Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive incremental revenue
- Monitor account health, spot risks early, and take proactive action
- Deliver onboarding and tailored product training to new and existing users
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity updates
- Provide regular updates to leadership on performance and account activity

Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customers and meet renewal and revenue targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including confident phone engagement
- Proactive, empathetic, and able to resolve customer issues effectively
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and opportunities
- Adaptable and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Results-driven, with a focus on customer satisfaction and commercial growth
- Fluency in both English and French is mandatory
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Background in account management or client-facing roles with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN)
