The Role
You're the fresh energy, the organisational whiz, and the ultimate support system. Think of yourself as the future of OGB, learning the ropes and absorbing everything from the best in the business. We're looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive who will support senior account leads in delivering integrated PR, social media and content campaigns for our consumer clients. You'll be the organisational backbone of your accounts, ensuring smooth delivery while developing your skills across client servicing, project management, media relations and creative thinking.

Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing
- Support senior account leads in managing client relationships, ensuring communication is clear, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Understand your clients' businesses: how they make money, their growth targets and objectives
- Grow relationships and trust with clients and partners by being polite, timely, accurate and helpful
- Regularly attend and confidently contribute to client meetings with account insights and recommendations
- Contribute to the collaboration of decks with meaningful and beneficial actions, ensuring client plans are up to date
- Proactively anticipate your team's needs for meetings and help them present a united front to clients
- Be flexible with workload priorities based on business and client needs

Project Delivery & Execution
- Assist in owning timelines, status updates, and workflow across teams to keep projects on track
- Contribute to press materials, track coverage, manage media lists, and support outreach for earned-first campaigns
- Actively find better ways of working and be solutions-oriented
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking and prioritising in fast-paced environments
- Proactively problem-solve to prevent and address roadblocks
- Understand and demonstrate different types, tones, and styles of writing dependent on audience and channel
- Start to develop a black book of media contacts
Market Intelligence & Cultural Fluency
- Monitor trends, platforms, creators, and emerging behaviours to help shape work that feels modern and culturally fluent
- Demonstrate genuine curiosity about the wider world, consumer brands, and keen awareness of media trends, news cycles, and internet culture
- Identify reactive PR opportunities and flag key cultural trends and insights
- Regularly read and digest all media types and share learnings, insights and new opportunities with the wider agency - beyond just the daily newspapers
- Learn about client industries and market trends – becoming a sponge for insights
Performance & Analytics
- Compile campaign reports, social metrics, and insights to demonstrate impact and guide optimisation
- Apply good judgement to everyday decisions, thinking about impact and consequences
- Manage administrative tasks (e.g., reporting) with precision and proactivity
- Keep an eye on competitors' campaigns and actions

Desired Experience
- 0-2 years' experience in PR, communications, social media or related agency environment (or relevant internship experience)
- Experience supporting integrated campaigns across PR, social and content
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and social media platforms
