NowVision
NowVision is the independent validation layer for construction: an AI infrastructure that objectively verifies what has actually been built, against schedule and design. Our customers — works supervisors, project managers and property developers — use it to decide on payments, sign-offs and acceptance of works. It is not a monitoring tool or a progress tracker: it is the objective source of truth a site's decisions rest on.
We have proven the model in Italy. Now we are opening the UK — and we are looking for the person who wants to own that.
The Role
This is not a seat on an existing team. It is the founding commercial role for NowVision in the UK. You own the market: you decide who to go after first, you build the playbook for this geography, you bring the deals home — with a level of autonomy a later hire will never get.
You work directly with our UK-based co-founder, but the day-to-day is yours to run. In a few months you are the person who owns UK revenue, with a clear path to building the team underneath you.
Tasks
- Open and qualify outbound opportunities across channels (email, LinkedIn, phone) to technical and procurement decision-makers — and adapt the playbook proven in Italy to how UK construction actually buys
- Own the full cycle: discovery, demo, business case, negotiation and close, with MEDDPICC discipline
- Get on site: on-site demos, trade shows and events, enterprise relationships built face to face
- Decide where to focus: you set ICP priority in-market, shape the channel strategy, and own the UK forecast
- Work existing customers for upsell, case studies and referrals
- Keep HubSpot and Notion clean and the forecast honest
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Requirements
- You have 4–6 years of B2B sales and have owned the close, not just generated meetings
- You have real hunger: hitting target isn't enough, you want to beat it, and a lost deal keeps you up
- You build your own pipeline and close it: you don't need anyone to feed you leads
- You want autonomy and can carry it: nobody hands you a finished motion — you build it
- You're comfortable on site: hard hat on, travel, a table with commercial directors, quantity surveyors, project directors, BIM managers, procurement
- You can build an outreach sequence and iterate it on data, not recite a script
- Native-level English (a second language is a plus, given the team is Italian-founded)
- You're at home with HubSpot (or an equivalent CRM) and prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, similar)
