Role Description

The Account Executive (Full-Time) role at Connectere is an on-site position based in London. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with estate agency partners and law firms, ensuring a high-quality service experience across all property transactions.

  • Coordinating and quoting panel referrals
  • Resolving service issues
  • Communicating updates to stakeholders
  • Supporting onboarding of new partners
  • Gathering feedback to improve services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimise processes and technology use

The role requires proactive engagement with clients, accurate record-keeping, and consistent follow-through to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with estate agents and law firms.
  • Experience in account management, sales support, or business development, ideally within property, legal services, or professional services environments.
  • Solid organisational and time-management skills, including managing multiple transactions, maintaining accurate records, and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfort working with technology platforms and CRM systems, with an aptitude for learning new tools and using data to track performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to take initiative in solving problems and improving processes.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities to interpret transaction data and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in real estate or legal services is beneficial but not required.
  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience in business, law, real estate, or a related field.
