Account Executive – AI & Automation
£120K OTE | £60K Base | Uncapped Commission | London Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)
If you’re already successfully selling technology, SaaS or transformation solutions but want a role where you can have significantly more influence over the market you build, this is worth a conversation.
Experis is partnering with an established AI and automation technology business that is investing in the next stage of its European growth.
This isn’t an early-stage business trying to find product-market fit. They have been operating for more than a decade, have an established enterprise customer base, proven customer outcomes and a proposition already generating significant multi-year opportunities.
More recently, the business has been expanding beyond its established automation capability into AI and agentic automation, alongside developing its own AI-led solutions.
They have also achieved top-tier partner status with one of the world’s leading enterprise automation technology companies, creating both additional market credibility and partner-generated sales opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
