Account Executive - UK
Breezeway is hiring an Account Executive to join our Sales team and make an immediate impact on our growth across the UK market. We're looking for a consultative, driven seller who wants genuine ownership of a market — not just a territory someone else built. You'll prospect, build relationships, and help property managers solve real operational challenges using a platform already trusted by thousands of hospitality providers globally.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Identify and qualify new opportunities through inbound follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across the UK market
- Act as the voice of the UK market internally — sharing insights on customer needs, competitors, and positioning
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue
- Leverage HubSpot to manage all sales activity
- Understand the competitive landscape and position Breezeway effectively

What You'll Bring
- 3+ years in a closing SaaS sales role or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Full sales cycle experience from outbound through to close
- Strong outbound prospecting skills
- HubSpot experience is a plus
- Start-up or scale-up experience is a plus
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rental is a strong advantage
