Account Executive - Mid-Market | London (Hybrid)

I've partnered exclusively with AI Powered Employee Engagement company - one of the most exciting Employee Engagement scale-ups in the UK right now, and they're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join a team that's genuinely building something different.

The Company

Is an AI-powered employee engagement and continuous listening platform, helping organisations understand and improve how their people feel at work - in real time.

What makes them stand out in a crowded market:

  • The only engagement specialist offering AI-driven emotional analytics - not just satisfaction scores
  • Built specifically for frontline and deskless workers - the segment most platforms ignore
  • Customers include lastminute.com, NHS, First Bus, Balfour Beatty, Kier, Burger King UK and more
  • Founded by a Top 30 UK HR Influencer
  • Recently brought in a world-class new CEO, a 4x CRO, and a strong Sales Director who is now building out his team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
