Business Development Manager – Edinburgh 🍽️

Hospitality Tech | Remote-first | £42k–£45k base + uncapped commission | £5k yearly bonus

Scotland has become one of this business’s strongest growth markets, with a huge amount of its recent customer acquisition coming from the region.

So now they’re investing properly. The Scottish sales team currently sits at two people, with plans to grow to five – giving them more people on the ground to meet operators, demo the platform and cover more of the market.

And the wider plans are seriously exciting:

  • 🚀 Expansion into Europe
  • 📱 A new reservations platform
  • 💛 Customer loyalty, deals and promotions built into one solution
  • 📈 More products already in development

Today, hospitality businesses can already access POS, reservations, staff management and inventory management through one platform at one of the most competitive price points in the market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
