We are ZEAL, a brand activation group that helps fast-moving brands grow faster by turning apathy into action in the moments that matter most.

Powered by our ZEAL-EQ process, we create powerful emotional engagement, unlock hidden shopper buying triggers and give brands the ‘cheat codes’ to win in their key retail channels.

Role in summary

As an Account Executive, you'll be supporting senior members of the Client Services team with the delivery of smooth-running creative campaigns and projects for some of the world’s biggest FMCG brands, ensuring they happen on time, on brief and, importantly, on budget.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as a point of contact between departments to manage the day-to-day flow of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and on brief
  • Gather and co-ordinate information for client meetings and pitch presentations
  • Liaise with client contacts, responding to requests for information, providing accurate status updates and ad-hoc queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Supporting on monthly project management meetings, reporting on time spent versus billed across your projects
  • Accurate and timely recording of information on our financial systems including creating cost estimates, raising purchase orders and invoices, and entering expenses.
  • Take the lead on administration of key documents and tools such as contact reports, timing plans and status reports.
  • Take a role in managing off-site projects that require co-ordination alongside colleagues in the design and creative teams, be that photo shoots, events or experiential

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Proven experience working in marketing, branding, or advertising agency at Account Executive level
  • An organised and proactive self-starter with good project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to work autonomously
