Account Executive, German Speaking (London)
London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
The Company
Hiya is building the future of trusted voice.
We help businesses improve customer engagement and protect users from spam and fraud through AI-powered voice intelligence. Our technology supports hundreds of millions of users globally, working with leading telecom and technology partners.
Up to 90% of unidentified outbound calls in Germany go unanswered.
If you’re selling into the German market, you already know how difficult it’s become to connect with customers.
Hiya is solving this. Through branded caller ID and verified voice, we help businesses improve answer rates and customer engagement. We partner with Samsung, Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, and O2—reaching the majority of mobile users across Germany.
The Role
We’re hiring an Account Executive in London to drive new business for Hiya Connect in Germany. You’ll own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through to close, working closely with SDRs and marketing to build and convert opportunities.
This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing SaaS business, with strong ownership and clear revenue responsibility.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
