HNW Account Executive Role (Client Manager)
Office Based - The Blade, Abbey Square, Reading, RG1 3BE
We are delighted to be recruiting for a brand new exciting role as an Account Executive in a dynamic company here at Saxon Insurance Brokers Ltd.
Saxon Insurance Brokers is a specialist private client insurance brokerage arranging insurance for high-value individuals, collectors, and owners of complex assets.
We work with clients across a wide range of insurance requirements, including high-value homes, supercars, classic car collections, yachts, jewellery, watches, handbags, fine art, renovations, and other valuable possessions.
The business also operates Collection Cover, a digital insurance platform designed specifically for collectors, allowing clients to arrange and manage cover for watches, jewellery, handbags, art, trading cards, memorabilia, and other collectables online.
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Reading. This is a full-time, office-based position that provides an opportunity to grow a career within a specialist insurance brokerage.

Role Description:
- Assisting with the preparation of insurance quotations and renewals.
- Communicating with clients to understand their insurance requirements.
- Liaising with insurers and underwriters regarding policy terms and pricing.
- Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting the administration and servicing of existing client accounts.
- Handling client queries and providing assistance throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and insurer partners.
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with FCA regulatory requirements.
Skills we are looking for:
- Motivated and excellent communication skills
- Having the ability to prioritise tasks as well as multitasking
- Have a good understanding of the business and its targets
- Being organised and able to work well under pressure
- Ability to take on tasks independently as well as working well in a team
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to create and manage your own network to generate new business

What we want you to have:
- At least 3 years experience in Personal Lines operating in the HNW/MNW market
- A person keen to get stuck in and think outside the box helping anywhere required
- Appreciate a fast-growing business is all hands on deck at all times
What experience you need:

Job Type: Full-time
Salary Expectations: £35,000
