The Role

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Support the retention and growth of existing client accounts through exceptional service delivery and strategic client engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and new business development across WTW's solutions and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors and specialist teams to design and deliver effective client solutions.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' businesses, risks, and strategic priorities.
  • Manage client activity in line with regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and key market stakeholders.

Qualifications

What you'll bring

  • Experience within corporate or commercial insurance, client management, broking or underwriting, risk management, financial services, or a related professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of client relationship management principles.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple competing demands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes.
