Role Overview

The Client Executive role within our healthcare team will focus on delivering specialist insurance advice and account leadership to large complex clients in the healthcare and social care space.

This role is responsible for leading UK and multinational complex cross class programmes, acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, and ensuring robust risk transfer solutions across healthcare-specific exposures such as clinical negligence, medical malpractice, employers’ and public liability, professional indemnity, and wider casualty risks. This role will be managing a large social care and assisted living portfolio which includes several high profile healthcare brands across the UK.

As the team continues to grow, this experienced hire will support key clients while collaborating closely with Lockton’s Healthcare, Casualty, and Claims specialists across the UK and internationally.

Lockton’s long-standing experience in the healthcare and casualty markets enables us to deliver tailored, compliant and innovative insurance solutions that respond to the operational, regulatory and reputational risks faced by healthcare and care-based organisations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
