Stafford | Office-based | Interior Solutions

If you’re the kind of person who prefers conversations over cold scripts, and you enjoy getting under the skin of what clients actually need — this is the kind of sales role where you’ll thrive.

We’re working with a well-established business delivering specialist interior solutions, to hire an Account Executive who can manage the full sales cycle — from first conversation through to long-term client relationships.

This is less “smash the phones” and more build trust, uncover needs, and create tailored solutions.

The Role

This is a 360 position, giving you ownership of your pipeline and relationships from day one.

You’ll

  • Build and manage your own portfolio of clients and opportunities
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs, project requirements, and timelines
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across commercial interiors and workspace environments
  • Manage deals end-to-end — from initial outreach through to close and beyond
  • Collaborate internally to ensure client solutions are delivered effectively
  • Focus on long-term value, repeat business, and account growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
