Account Executive - No Previous Sales Experience Required
Location: Islington, London
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
We're partnering with a leading global logistics company that helps businesses streamline their supply chains through an innovative digital platform. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to learn, develop, and build a rewarding long-term career.
No previous logistics or sales experience is required. If you're motivated, curious, and ready to develop professionally, you'll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support from day one.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international business as a 360 Account Executive.
- Gain hands-on exposure to the entire sales journey, from identifying opportunities and meeting clients to building long-term partnerships and closing deals.
- Work closely with businesses in your local area, helping them improve efficiency, reduce costs, and access tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with local businesses through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Manage the full sales process from initial conversation through to closing new business.
- Meet clients face-to-face to understand their challenges and business goals.
- Recommend tailored logistics solutions that deliver value and efficiency.
- Demonstrate the company's market-leading digital platform.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Build a healthy pipeline of opportunities and consistently work towards targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
