Account Executive
Location: Walsall
Salary: £35,000 Basic + £35,000-£45,000 OTE
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Account Executive to join our growing team in Walsall. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience who enjoys building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and managing the sales process from initial contact through to close.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth while maintaining a consultative approach to understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to closing deals.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and secure new business.
- Accurately maintain customer records and sales forecasts within the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales, Account Executive, Business Development, or similar role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively.
- Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
