Account Executive

Smart Technology Sector

Location: Longbridge / Rowley Regis

Salary: £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Realistic Year 1 Earnings: £50,000 to £60,000+

Hybrid Working Available After Probation

Full UK Driving Licence And Own Vehicle Required

We're working with a growing and innovative business within the smart technology sector that is looking to appoint an ambitious Account Executive to support its continued expansion.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the complete sales journey, from generating opportunities through to closing deals and building long term client relationships. You'll have the freedom to manage your own workload, supported by direct training and mentoring from the Sales Director.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting client meetings, presenting solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
  • Attending client meetings across the region
  • Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Negotiating and securing new business
  • Developing long term customer relationships
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Updating and maintaining CRM records

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident, driven, and commercially minded.

You Will Ideally Have

  • Confidence managing a full sales process
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience conducting client meetings
  • A target focused mindset and strong desire to maximise earnings
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload
  • Ambition, resilience, and a genuine passion for sales

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Own vehicle
  • Ability to travel to client meetings as required
