About the opportunity
Via is partnering with a growing software business to recruit an Account Executive to win new enterprise customers. This is a full-cycle SaaS sales role where you'll own the process from initial discovery through product demo, business case, negotiation and close. There is no separate presales team, so you'll have significant ownership over how opportunities progress.
You'll sell into enterprise organisations, typically managing £50k–£100k deals with multiple stakeholders and 60–120 day sales cycles. Around 80% of opportunities will be generated through BDR and Marketing activity, while you'll be responsible for generating approximately 20% of your own pipeline. The product sits within the MarTech/AdTech and paid search space, helping major brands understand and optimise their performance as Google and AI-powered search continue to evolve.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
