About us

me&u is the hospitality platform behind thousands of venues across the UK, US and Australia. From order & pay to AI-powered reservations, marketing and loyalty, we help venues grow revenue, run smoother service and own their guest relationships. In the UK we work with 300+ venue partners across 1,700+ sites, including many of the country's leading food halls, pub groups and leisure brands.

About the role

We're hiring an Account Executive to join our UK sales team. This is a full-cycle new business role: you'll convert inbound interest and find, pitch and close venues and groups across the UK, and play a big part in taking our new reservations platform to market.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to signed contract
  • Convert inbound leads and build your own pipeline through outbound, events, walk-ins and partner referrals
  • Run sharp discovery and live demos, on site and over video, with owner-operators and multi-site groups
  • Sell across the me&u platform, with a growing focus on reservations and Voice AI
  • Hand over cleanly to Onboarding and help your venues go live

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
