Account Executive | Manchester | £55,000-£65,000 + Uncapped Commission

We're working with a rapidly growing technology business that has heavily invested in AI-driven software delivery and is now scaling its sales team following a record year of growth.
This is an opportunity to join a business bringing a genuinely differentiated proposition to market, helping enterprise organisations accelerate delivery, improve efficiency and achieve measurable commercial outcomes.
As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Winning new enterprise clients
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through to close

What you'll be doing:
- Driving new business revenue across enterprise accounts
- Building and managing your own pipeline through outbound activity, networking and social selling
- Engaging with CTOs, CIOs, CDOs and other senior decision-makers
- Running complex, consultative sales cycles
- Developing compelling business cases centred around value and outcomes
- Working closely with marketing and technical teams to maximise opportunities
We're keen to speak with people who have:
- A proven track record in new business sales
- Experience selling complex solutions, technology services, SaaS, consulting or managed services
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience engaging at C-level
- A consultative approach to sales
- Experience navigating longer, multi-threaded sales cycles

What's on offer:
- £55,000-£65,000 basic salary
- Year 1 OTE £100,000-£120,000
- Year 2 OTE £160,000-£200,000+
- Uncapped commission
