South London based office - Hybrid Working
About The Company
A fast-growing fintech company transforming the way merchants accept payments by eliminating traditional card fees and improving the customer checkout experience. Backed by strong investor confidence, the business has recently raised £60m to accelerate its expansion and scale its disruptive payment solution across the market.
About the Role
You’ll own outbound sales into mid-cap and enterprise organisations, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals from start to finish. This is a true hunter role as you’ll identify opportunities, develop relationships, and work closely with internal champions to drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal close
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and internal champions to progress deals
- Maintain a strong, qualified pipeline and consistently hit or exceed revenue targets
- Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to refine messaging and GTM strategies
- Deliver consultative sales conversations focused on financial and operational outcomes

What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience selling to mid-cap or enterprise clients ideally in fintech and/or payments
- Strong experience engaging with merchants or payment decision-makers and navigating complex organisations
- Excellent commercial awareness and ability to articulate ROI and business value
- Confidence managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales processes
