About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Account Executive to join our Aircraft Seating OEM commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading airlines, aircraft manufacturers, leasing companies, and industry partners, helping deliver innovative seating solutions across commercial aviation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting bid and proposal activities, and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of airline and aerospace customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, aircraft OEMs, leasing companies, and industry stakeholders across the Americas region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial aviation seating market.
- Support the preparation and submission of competitive proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Manage customer accounts throughout the commercial lifecycle, from initial engagement through contract award and programme execution.
- Coordinate closely with programme management & customer support to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings worldwide.
- Report directly to the Commercial Director and support strategic account planning and commercial forecasting activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.

The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility in their working hours to accommodate customer needs, international time zones and business travel.
Your Experience
- Minimum 6 years' experience in aerospace, aviation interiors, aircraft seating, or related OEM environments.
- Proven experience in commercial, account management, or key account manager roles ideally within aviation or aircraft interiors industry.
- Having existing Airline and OEM (Boeing, Airbus, Etc) relationships is essential.
- Strong commercial awareness, relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of aircraft certification processes and aviation regulations.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Understanding of airline procurement and aircraft acquisition processes.
- Additional language skills beneficial.
