Account Executive

Southampton | Full-Time | Immediate Start Available

Looking to build a career in account management, client relationships, and business development?

Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing client in Southampton for an Account Executive to join their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop practical commercial experience in account management, customer acquisition, business development, and relationship management while representing nationally recognised charities.

This is a community-based, face-to-face opportunity where you'll engage with members of the public in residential neighbourhoods, local high streets, and other community locations where people live, work, and shop. You'll represent meaningful charity campaigns, build lasting relationships, and help organisations grow their supporter base through professional customer engagement.

Whether you're looking to begin your commercial career or build on previous customer-facing experience, you'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and continuous support from day one.

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you'll act as the face of the charity campaigns you represent, developing relationships with potential supporters and delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout every interaction.

You'll learn how to manage conversations professionally, identify customer needs, communicate campaign objectives clearly, and guide supporters through the registration process. Along the way, you'll develop practical experience in relationship management, customer acquisition, and commercial communication while working towards individual and team performance goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
