WeSimplifi is a HubSpot Platinum Partner delivering complex, multi-hub CRM implementations for mid-market clients across North America and Europe. We specialise in helping companies unify fragmented systems and data into a single, scalable HubSpot ecosystem.
The Role
We're hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closed deal, for mid-market and enterprise prospects. You'll work closely with our sales and technical delivery team to translate client pain points into HubSpot implementation solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound-sourced opportunities from discovery call through signed contract
- Run your own cold outreach: prospecting and sequencing new leads alongside working warm/inbound pipeline
- Run discovery calls to uncover CRM, data, and operational pain points across marketing, sales, and service functions
- Build and deliver tailored proposals and pricing for multi-hub HubSpot implementations
- Partner with Solutions Architects and Implementation Specialists to scope technically sound, sellable engagements
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot
- Collaborate with leadership on refining outbound messaging and conversion data

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in a closing sales role, ideally in SaaS, tech, or agency/consulting services
- Experience selling technical or CRM-related solutions (HubSpot experience a strong plus)
- Comfortable running a consultative sales process with mid-market and enterprise buyers
- Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to translate technical scope into business value
- Self-starter who can operate with autonomy in a remote, fast-moving team
- Experience in or familiarity with the entertainment, event, media, or distribution industry is a bonus

Compensation
- OTE of around £80,000 a year based on current sales
