We're hiring for a fast-growing international B2B SaaS business that's investing seriously in European expansion. They've spent years building an established partner ecosystem across the region, and it works. Now they want an AE who can close their own deals and get properly behind those partners at the same time.
That means two sources of pipeline instead of one. Your territory, plus warm partner-led opportunities. Same quota, twice the ways to hit it.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle in your territory, from first conversation to signature
- Build and progress your own commercial pipeline
- Run demos and commercial presentations, with Solutions Engineering alongside you
- Build real relationships with existing partners and help them generate pipeline
- Deliver enablement sessions and run joint customer opportunities

What you'll bring
- 2+ years selling SaaS, with commercial or mid-market deals closed
- Fluent German, plus strong English
- Real relationship-building ability, not just closing ability
- A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Comfort working remotely and travelling across Europe
Partner or channel experience is a bonus, not a must. Attitude and appetite matter more here than a perfect CV.

The package
- €50,000 base
- €12,000 annual bonus tied to partner objectives
- Then 10% commission on software and 5% on services, uncapped
- That puts €100,000 OTE on the table, and there's no ceiling above it
- Fully remote. Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal or Switzerland, provided you can travel easily
