Overview
As an Account Executive at Xurrent, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth by winning new business across your assigned territory. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role for an experienced SaaS sales professional who thrives on building pipeline, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing high-value opportunities.
You'll own the entire customer journey—from prospecting and qualification through discovery, solution demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and close—while consistently delivering predictable revenue growth. Working with C-level executives, IT leaders, business stakeholders, and managed service providers, you'll build trusted relationships, uncover strategic business challenges, and demonstrate how Xurrent delivers measurable business outcomes.
Success in this role requires the ability to navigate complex organizations, engage multiple stakeholders, and influence executive decision-makers. You'll partner closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and our partner ecosystem to win new logos, and help shape the continued growth of Xurrent in the UK market.
This is a hybrid role based in our London office, onsite presence is required Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Own and execute a strategic territory plan to drive new business growth, expand existing customer relationships, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound opportunities, partner referrals, and strategic account planning.
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through solution demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and close—while maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity data in your CRM.
- Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders, positioning Xurrent as a strategic partner that delivers measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Support, and channel partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience and accelerate revenue growth.
- Clearly articulate Xurrent's value proposition and competitive differentiation while staying informed on market trends, customer challenges, and the competitive landscape.
- Represent Xurrent at industry events, executive briefings, and strategic conferences to build brand awareness, strengthen relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of success as a full-cycle B2B SaaS Account Executive, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience selling complex SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing $50K+ ARR opportunities.
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to build executive relationships, uncover business challenges, and deliver strategic value.
- Proactive in generating pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic account planning, and growing existing accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling ITSM, ESM, or other enterprise SaaS solutions into enterprise IT organizations, engaging C-level and senior business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive growth through strategic territory planning, partner collaboration, and complex enterprise sales.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a growth mindset, curiosity, and adaptability to change.
Compensation
- Base Salary: £75,000 – £95,000
- Commission: £75,000 – £95,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £150,000 – £190,000
