Want to be one of the first sales hires in a funded SaaS business that's scaling fast?

I'm working with an early-stage software company that's transforming how businesses approach cybersecurity compliance, working with customers ranging from high-growth startups to well-known enterprise brands, they're now looking to grow their commercial team.

You'll join a small, ambitious team where you'll have genuine ownership, direct access to the founders and leadership team, and the opportunity to influence how the sales function develops.

The role

This is a full-cycle Account Executive position where you'll own the sales process from prospecting through to close.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Building your own pipeline through outbound activity, networking and referrals.
  • Running discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Closing new business and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Sharing market feedback with the product team to help shape future development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
