Account Executive – Entry Level

Relay Direct Ltd represents established and recognised UK brands through face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns. Rather than learning only from a desk, you will develop through live customer interaction, focused coaching and regular feedback.
What Will You Learn and Deliver?
- Understand campaign objectives, client offers and target customer profiles
- Build positive customer relationships and generate qualified opportunities
- Present products, services and campaign information clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate activity records and communicate campaign results
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Develop towards broader account and campaign responsibilities

- Professional, articulate and comfortable representing a client brand
- Confident engaging with new people through face-to-face conversations
- Able to learn product information and explain it clearly
- Motivated by responsibility, targets and career progression
- Reliable, organised and receptive to feedback
- Previous customer-facing experience is helpful, although full training is provided

What You Can Expect
