Enterprise / Mid Market Account Executive, Retail & AI MarTech
UK remote | £70,000 base | £140,000 OTE
We’re looking for a new business salesperson who knows how to open doors with brands, retailers and ecommerce teams, build a commercial case, and close.
Our client supports businesses predict what individual customers and website visitors are likely to do next. Its predictive insights can be used to improve paid media targeting, personalise customer experiences, increase conversion and identify churn risk. You’ll sell the commercial value of those outcomes to organisations with meaningful customer data and digital marketing spend.
What you’ll do
- Win new customers across retail, ecommerce, DTC, subscription and other digital first businesses.
- Build your own pipeline through relationships, targeted outreach, referrals, events and partners.
- Speak with ecommerce, marketing, CRM, growth and data leaders about their priorities and performance gaps.
- Show prospects how ScoreMax could improve conversion, customer value, retention and marketing efficiency.
- Run discovery, coordinate demos, develop ROI led proposals and manage deals through to close.
- Work with product and delivery colleagues to shape practical solutions and smooth onboarding.
- Share buyer feedback that helps sharpen our proposition and go to market approach.

What we’re looking for
You have a track record of personally winning new business in MarTech, customer data, ecommerce technology, digital performance or a closely related field. You understand how brands measure growth and can turn a technical capability into a clear commercial reason to buy.
You’ll bring:
- Established relationships with senior people in relevant brands, retailers, agencies or ecommerce networks.
- Evidence of opportunities you originated and deals you closed.
- Confidence discussing conversion, acquisition costs, return on ad spend, retention and customer lifetime value.
- The ability to run thoughtful discovery and build a credible business case.
- Enough technical fluency to discuss customer data and integrations at a commercial level.
- The drive to create opportunities in a growing business where you can influence how the product is sold.

Experience with CRM and retention platforms, customer data platforms, personalisation, retail media or performance marketing would be particularly relevant. We’re open to candidates from adjacent backgrounds who can demonstrate strong buyer relationships and new business results.
What’s on offer
- £70,000 base salary with £140,000 on target earnings.
- Fully remote working in the UK, with occasional travel for client and team meetings.
