Business Development Manager

📍 Woking (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)
💰 £55,000 - £75,000 Base + Uncapped OTE (£110,000 - £150,000+)

Are you a proactive new business salesperson who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and winning complex deals?

We're partnering with a rapidly growing technology business that delivers digital transformation solutions into highly regulated sectors across the UK. With ambitious growth plans and significant investment in expanding its commercial team, we're looking to speak with experienced Business Development Managers who enjoy building pipeline and closing new logo opportunities.

The Opportunity

This role is focused on driving new business growth within a specialist market, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative technology sales solutions.

  • You'll join a high-performing commercial team with strong leadership, a proven product offering, and a clear growth strategy.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in scaling a business while earning substantial commission and developing their career in a growing market.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Generating and developing new business opportunities
  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Engaging C-Suite and senior decision-makers
  • Running consultative sales processes from prospecting through to close
  • Managing multiple stakeholders across complex sales cycles
  • Forecasting accurately and maintaining CRM hygiene
  • Working closely with marketing and delivery teams to support growth

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

  • ✅ Proven new business sales success
  • ✅ Strong hunting and prospecting ability
  • ✅ Experience selling SaaS, software, or technology solutions
  • ✅ Ability to manage longer and more complex sales cycles
  • ✅ Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills
  • ✅ Track record of self-generating opportunities
  • ✅ Consistent achievement against revenue or quota targets

Sector experience is advantageous but not essential. We are open to high-performing sales professionals who can quickly learn a new market and industry landscape.

Important
