Job Overview
This is a great opportunity to sell in a consultative environment in the rapidly growing HR Technology market. We’re looking for a confident and energetic achiever to show potential clients how our suite of Predictive Talent Selection™ tools can improve their hiring process and ultimately, their bottom line.

Only candidates based in the UK or US (Eastern and Central time zones) will be considered. Relocation will not be provided.
In this role you get to:
- Reach or exceed assigned sales goals by:
- Developing and executing a cold calling / marketing strategy to targeted mid-market prospects (companies with up to 2,500 employees).
- Mining existing clients for referral business.
- Build mutually beneficial relationships on behalf of Harver.
- Implement sales strategies.
- Connect customers' business needs with Harver’s software solutions.
- Build network in person and via phone with key decision makers in a designated territory.
- Conduct online product demonstrations.
- Update all prospect interaction in Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with other sales team members on closing deals.

We’re looking for people who have:
- An ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, drive and curiosity towards a new challenge.
- 2-5 years of experience in a commercial SaaS role.
- An ambitious, goal-oriented approach towards reaching and exceeding quotas.
- Ability to handle cold calling with an assertive, positive and persistent style.
- Proven customer service and relationship building skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).
- Organized, with effective time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Present as being mature and self-confident.
- Capacity to work under pressure.
- Strong work ethic.
- Committed to building a career path.
- Experience in recruiting or HR technology sales is a plus.
