Profile Overview

As a Mid-Market Account Executive (EMEA) at Rocketlane, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle for mid-market customers, from pipeline generation to close. You’ll play a key role in building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to Rocketlane’s mission to redefine professional services automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive opportunities through the sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing, and achieve net-new revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customer champions and economic buyers, positioning Rocketlane as a trusted partner.
  • Perform daily sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, value-based selling, forecasting, and closing deals to meet revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts with clear visibility on performance while ensuring excellent CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BDRs, Pre-Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success, to deliver successful outcomes for customers.

Who Should Apply

  • Have 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, particularly in the Mid-Market segment.
  • Are experienced in pipeline generation and metrics-driven sales motions.
  • Have a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
  • Bring SaaS sales expertise, ideally with experience in the Professional Services Automation (PSA) segment.
  • Are proficient in modern sales processes and value-based methodologies, such as MEDDPICC.
  • Can influence and sell at all levels, from individual contributors to the C-Suite.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, particularly in forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Bonus: Experience selling to professional services leaders or working in the PSA segment.
