Account Executive – Mortgage Technology

Remote | £50,000–£55,000 Basic | £80,000–£90,000 OTE

Uncapped Commission | Share Option | Full-Time

Know the mortgage market and have the sales track record to open doors? Join a growing start-up developing an AI-powered platform that helps mortgage brokers reduce administration and improve productivity. As an early commercial hire, you’ll work directly with the founders and help shape the sales strategy.

The Role

  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demonstration, negotiation, and close.
  • Target mortgage brokerages and directly authorised firms.
  • Use your industry network to generate introductions.
  • Build a qualified pipeline and develop senior decision-maker relationships.
  • Demonstrate the platform’s commercial value.
  • Feed customer insights into product development and sales strategy.

About You

  • You’ll need proven B2B sales experience selling to UK mortgage businesses, an established industry network, and a strong understanding of broker workflows.
  • You’ll be confident managing the full sales cycle independently and comfortable building your pipeline in a changing start-up environment. Previous AI experience is not essential.
