Account Executive — Motor Finance
UK Remote | Full-time | £28,500–£31,000 base, OTE £40,000+
You'll be closing inbound finance applications from day one — no cold calling, no chasing lists. Our dealer partners send us customers who already want a car; your job is to find them the right lender, get the deal over the line, and keep everyone informed while you do it.
We're a motor finance brokerage that's grown in volume and headcount every quarter, with the reviews to show we're doing it properly. The team is small enough that your numbers are visible and your ideas actually land.

- Closing inbound finance applications and owning your pipeline end to end
- Matching customers to the right lender and product from our panel
- Keeping clients, dealers, and lenders talking to each other
- Running clean, compliant files — accurate records, proper checks, no loose ends
- Holding your nerve on a busy day when three deals need you at once
What we're looking for
- You get a real buzz from closing — the deal count matters to you
- At least a year in a customer-facing sales or service role
- A confident communicator, clear on the phone and in writing
- Detail-focused enough to spot what others miss
- Calm and adaptable when priorities shift

Motor or asset finance experience is a bonus, not a requirement — we hire for attitude and coachability
What we offer
- £28,500 starting (DOE), rising to £31,000 on passing probation
- Uncapped bonus, OTE £40,000+
- Fully remote, with the option to work abroad;
- 40 hours a week, plus one Saturday in four with time off in lieu
