SKG Services Europe ("SKGSE") is a global consulting firm based in Copenhagen, specialising in banking & treasury software (SaaS) within Microsoft Dynamics 365. We help organisations optimise cash management, banking integration, treasury operations and financial processes through innovative software solutions and expert consultancy services.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive net-new business growth across our Banking and Treasury software portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing, executing and closing new business opportunities.

This is a true new-business hunting role focused on acquiring new customers and expanding our presence within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities with mid-market & enterprise organisations.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Microsoft partners, and delivery teams, you will manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract signature.

Leads will be generated through a combination of self-sourced activity, marketing campaigns, partner referrals, Microsoft channels, industry events, and inbound enquiries.

The role will focus primarily on opportunities across the UK, Northern Europe, Benelux and wider EMEA markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new business opportunities across SKG's Banking and Treasury software portfolio.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through self-generated activity, Microsoft relationships, partner referrals, marketing campaigns and inbound leads.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, solution presentations and commercial negotiations.
  • Work closely with Microsoft, implementation partners and internal delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue objectives.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have

  • 5+ years of successful quota-carrying experience in SaaS, ERP, FinTech, Treasury, Banking, or enterprise software sales.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Business Application eco-system.
  • Knowledge of Banking and Cash Management, and/or, Treasury Management solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong solution selling skills within ERP sales and/or Management Consulting, and ability to create messaging which demonstrates offering value to clients.
  • Experience selling into the Microsoft ecosystem (more specifically, Dynamics 365 customers)
  • Demonstrated success in finding, qualifying, nurturing, and closing complex ERP / enterprise software deals.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex ERP, Treasury, Banking, or enterprise software opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills to listen, understand, and manage internal stakeholders, prospects, and 3rd party partners (e.g., Microsoft).
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling ERP Add-On Solutions (ISV Solutions) and related Consulting Services.

Role Details

The role is fully remote, with occasional international travel required for customer meetings, partner engagements, industry events and visits to SKG headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Successful candidates should be able to travel internationally.
