About Escape
Escape secures the code-to-cloud attack surface. Our platform maps every asset a company actually exposes to the internet including undocumented APIs and endpoints then tests them continuously. We run automated AI penetration testing and DAST at the pace that engineering teams ship code, not just once a year for auditors.
We’re 45+ people based in Paris, Amsterdam, Hawaii, Boston, New York, Series A funded, and rapidly growing.
Why We’re Hiring
Escape has growing customer demand and inbound interest in the Nordics and UK with an already existing client base.
This is a first-in-region role with full ownership. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end sales, your own pipeline, building a territory plan, and shaping how we go to market in these regions. Successful approaches will directly influence our future playbook working in autonomy, direct impact, and shaping our approach.
The Role
You’ll own the full sales cycle, from first contact to signature, selling to technical buyers CISOs, Heads of AppSec, Security Engineers, and platform leaders. These stakeholders have deep expertise, strong preferences, and often existing tools, and will challenge you on how things work.
While you’ll partner closely with Sales Engineers for POCs and technical validation and have direct access to founders and the product team you’ll need to confidently handle first conversations and independently build most of your pipeline.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
