About the role
Are you a relationship-driven seller who thrives in a full-cycle, outbound-focused sales role? This is your chance to make a real impact.
As an Account Executive, Mid-Market (UKI), you will own the entire new business sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with support from a BDR. This is a 360° new logo sales role, focused on winning net-new customers and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
You’ll sell to technical decision-makers at mid-market organisations and act as a trusted advisor throughout a 30–90 day deal cycle.
What you’ll be doing
- New Logo Acquisition: Own and drive net-new customer acquisition across the UK & Ireland mid-market segment.
- Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound efforts, with additional prospecting support from a BDR.
- Sales execution: Lead meetings, qualify prospects, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Qualification Excellence: Apply structured sales qualification frameworks (MEDDICC preferred) to ensure strong deal quality and forecast accuracy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Sell to and build trust with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Tech Leads, and other senior technical stakeholders.
- Matching and Solutioning: Collaborate with Client Engineers to identify the right tech talent for each client’s needs.
- Closing: Handle negotiations and contracts to ensure smooth deal closures.
- CRM Ownership: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM (HubSpot preferred) to ensure strong pipeline visibility and data integrity.
- Handover: Coordinate with Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition and long-term success for each client.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
