Account Executive

Hybrid with travel across the UK.

Are you looking to build a career in account management? We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Account Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing customer accounts, delivering successful product launches, executing promotional campaigns, and driving customer engagement across national accounts.

As a Junior Account Executive, you will work closely with the National Account Manager to support the growth and management of key customer accounts. You'll play a vital role in coordinating product activations, launching new products, managing promotional activity, and ensuring our products are represented effectively across customer platforms. You will be given the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of developing national accounts, providing valuable experience in customer relationship management, commercial planning, and account growth. Ideally have some exposure to working in a Food service or FMCG environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong client service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with foodservice customers.
  • Basic sales and account management skills, including experience with order processing, quoting, and following up on opportunities.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling data, documentation, and customer records.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, spreadsheets, email) to manage accounts and prepare reports.
  • Interest in and understanding of the foodservice or FMCG sector; enthusiasm for food and new product development is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with colleagues both in the Uxbridge office and remotely.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Relevant education or experience in business, sales, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous, but candidates with strong potential and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
