Job Title

We are a fast-growing, FinTech company looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team. We are expanding, making this a perfect position if you would like to have a significant impact on our company’s growth and develop your role and career as the business evolves. You will join a team where your ideas will be welcomed and valued.

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and self-driven individual to join our fastest-growing sales team. The role will suit someone driven, who enjoys working in a forward-thinking fast-paced environment, enjoys the financial services market, and who is experienced in taking a proactive lead.

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth through targeted prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound activity.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline, ensuring opportunities are prioritised, progressed effectively, and accurately forecasted.
  • Apply Value Selling and MEDDPICC principles to qualify opportunities, uncover client needs, and demonstrate measurable business value.
  • Leverage sales insights, dashboards, and market intelligence to focus on the highest-value opportunities and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and KYC to maximise lead conversion, support client onboarding, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets, ideally within Financial Services, FinTech, Wealth Management, or a related sector.
  • Experience using a Value Selling approach to identify customer needs, quantify value, and communicate compelling business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies and the ability to apply a structured qualification process to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial acumen, using data and insights to prioritise activity and drive performance.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented approach, with excellent communication and organisational skills, a willingness to collaborate, and a desire to contribute to a high-performing sales culture.

Working Pattern

We work a hybrid pattern, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday together in our London office, working remotely on Monday and Friday. Our three office days are a core part of how we work.
