Bluebird is representing a market leading, AI first advertising tech company to appoint an ambitious Account Executive in the United Kingdom. Stepping into a collaborative UK team of around 40 people, you will take full ownership of driving net-new mid-market and enterprise business across the UK and Ireland. Armed with the only demand-side platform powered entirely by deep learning algorithms, you will take charge of running your own outbound engine, opening doors, and navigating multi-stakeholder deals from first contact through to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Win Net-New Business: Target, engage, and close enterprise and mid-market brands across the UKI region through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Control the Full Sales Cycle: Guide multi-threaded opportunities from qualification to signature using disciplined qualification frameworks.
- Execute GTM Campaigns: Partner closely with internal BDRs, Marketing, and ABM teams to coordinate strategic outreach and represent the brand at key industry events.
- Seamless Customer Onboarding: Lead thorough, high-touch handovers to Account Management and Technical Implementation teams to set clients up for lasting success.
- Shape Regional Strategy: Collaborate with leadership on revenue forecasting, pipeline strategy, and ongoing sales process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven SaaS Track Record: 4–5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, independently closing complex mid-market and enterprise deals.
- Outbound Hunting Mindset: Demonstrable experience generating your own pipeline through structured, cold outreach rather than relying on inbound leads.
- Methodology Driven: Deep, practical command of MEDPICC and an analytical approach to qualification and pipeline management.
- Exceptional Communication: Articulate and sharp presentation skills, balanced with professional humility, accountability, and strong commercial drive.
- Consistent Achievement: Documented history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, ideally with recognition as a top performer or President’s Club achiever.

Nice-to-have
- Exposure to AdTech, performance marketing, programmatic media buying, or real-time bidding models.
- Direct sales experience targeting Retail, Travel, or Classifieds verticals.
- Working knowledge of the wider UKI digital media landscape.
