Role
As National Account Executive for Grocery Retail Formats & Execution (Convenience & Online), you’ll be responsible for growing our brands & Instore execution across the Grocery Channel

Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for account management of your defined customers within the Off Trade channel, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships that grow our brands and meet our customers needs
- Ensure close collaboration with Commercial Marketing to bring brand plans to life in the market – Execution & Activation
- Owner of the Monthly activity plan for Grocery & sharing with Field Sales Partner
- Preparing and presenting to customers including Supply Chain, aligning on implementation
- Delivery of budgeted Volume, £NSV, £GP and distribution targets with the defined customer(s)
- Responsible for account management principles, EPOS tracking, Invoice management, and Forecasting.
- Working closely with other functions such as Finance and Operations to ensure the best possible delivery against agreed KPI’s and targets.
- Managing the promotional plan and working effectively to launch NPD and hit key times of the year with your customer base

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2/3 years sales/commercial experience in Off Trade channel
- Awareness and understanding of the complexities of Supplier/Retailer partnerships & key KPIs
- Experience working in commercial within FMCG

- Able to demonstrate analytical skills and communicate category insights to develop compelling, mutually beneficial growth plans.
