Account Executive – Grocery

Monster Energy x The Advocate Group

Field-based

The Advocate Group are partnering with Monster Energy on an exciting period of continued investment and growth across their Commercial Grocery team.

We’re looking for Account Executives to take ownership of key grocery customers across their territory, with a focus on Tesco, ASDA, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons.

This is a field-based commercial role with plenty of autonomy. You’ll be responsible for growing Monster’s presence across your territory – building relationships, increasing availability and visibility, securing additional space and secondary displays, and ultimately driving sales across your customer base.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who has built a strong grounding in FMCG field sales or territory management and is ready to take on more commercial responsibility.

The role

You’ll own your territory and be responsible for developing Monster’s performance across your key grocery groups and stores.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
